Opening Ceremony on

 Two (2) day Seminar on Chemical, Biological,

 Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive Seminar

On 9:00 a.m. of  July 14, 2009, in behalf of the City Director, PSSUPT RAMON COLET APOLINARIO, CEO VI (DSC), PSUPT ORAKUNTO U DIRAMPATUN (DSC) Deputy City Director for Admin formally opened the Two (2) day – Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive Seminar held at DCPO Conference Room, Camp Captain Domingo E Leonor, San Pedro Street, Davao City. Said seminar was participated by fifty PNP personnel coming from different unit/station/mobile groups of this police office.  The opening program sequence are as follows: Pastor Anthony Ga-as Sr leds the invocation; followed by singing of the Philippine National Anthem led by PO3 Susanah Jo Buenaflor; followed by presentation of participants by PSUPT ROYINA M GARMA, Legal/Administrative Officer; and declaration of the opening of said seminar and introducing of the Guest Lecturer  by PSUPT ORAKUNTO U DIRAMPATUN Deputy City Director for Admin. Master of ceremonies by PO3 Kent S Maningo. Followed by Lecture Proper by PSUPT PERPETUO F MACION(DSC) Deputy Chief, RPHRDD/R-1 Div, PRO 11 and FCINSP RICHARD V ARBUTANTE, Canadian CBRNE/US HazMat Program Associate Trainer, Provincial Fire Marshal, Davao Del Sur.

Closing Ceremony

On 4:30 pm of July 15, 2009, in behalf of the City Director, PSSUPT RAMON COLET APOLINARIO, CEO VI (DSC),  PSUPT ANA MARIA V BALADAD, Chief, PCR Division, DCPO  declared the closing of the Two (2) day – Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive Seminar held at DCPO Conference Room, Camp Captain Domingo E Leonor, San Pedro Street, Davao City. The closing program sequence are as follows: Pastor Billy dela Victoria leds the invocation; followed by singing of the Philippine National Anthem led by PO3 Susanah Jo Buenaflor; followed by presentation of graduates by PSINSP EUFRECIA T NARA, Deputy Chief Admin/HRDD Officer; giving of Certificate of Appreciation to the lecturers: PSUPT PERPETUO F MACION(DSC) Deputy Chief, RPHRDD/R-1 Div, PRO 11 and FCINSP RICHARD V ARBUTANTE, Canadian CBRNE/US HazMat Program Associate Trainer, Provincial Fire Marshal, Davao Del Sur; and distribution of Certificates of Completion to the graduates; message to the graduates given by PSUPT ANA MARIA V BALADAD, Chief, PCR Division, DCPO.  Master of ceremonies by SPO4 Gregorio S Camarillo Jr, HRDD PNCO, DCPO.
