APPREHENSION OF THEFT SUSPECTS AND RECOVERY OF STOLEN ITEMS

     January 7, 2010. Arrest of theft suspects: Junel Lagare and Rex Marco Fernandez after a follow up operation which led to the successful recovery of two (2) pieces of Avila transmission, five (5) pieces Starex transmission and one (1) rim of a Starex all amounting to Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Pesos (P213,000.00).

APPREHENSION OF SUSPECT INVOLVED IN
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF FIREARMS

     January 13, 2010. Arrest of Mr Joseph Capa for illegal possession of firearms after a search warrant issued by Judge Romeo c Albarracin of RTC 11. Recovered from his possession were one (1) unit kg 99 caliber 9 mm Luger, six (6) units of Smith & Wesson .38 caliber, one (1) unit caliber .45 pistol and assorted magazines and ammunitions.

ARREST OF SUSPECTS INVOLVED IN ILLEGAL DRUG ACTIVITIES
AND CONFISCATION OF ILLEGAL FIREARMS
  January 19, 2010. Mr. Virgilio Tibug and Jose Malinao were arrested during an entrapment operations for illegal possession of dangerous drugs. Recovered from their possession and control were two (2) sachets of suspected shabu substances, several drugs paraphernalia, one (1) unit of caliber .45 pistol, eight (8) rounds of caliber .45 live ammunitions, seven (7) rounds of caliber .38 live ammos and eight (8) rounds of caliber .9mm.
APPREHENSION OF SUSPECTS AND CONFISCATION
OF ILLEGAL POSSESSION FIREARMS
       January 21, 2009. Joint elements of DCPO, RID 11, 11th RPSMB arrested Mussolini Lidasan, Pike Luminda and Sgt Alberto for illegal possession of firearms. Confiscated were nineteen (19) pieces of 12 gauge shotguns, twenty four (24) caliber .38 revolvers, two (2) caliber .45 pistol, one (1) caliber .380 pistol, three (3) caliber 5.56 m16 rifle, one (1) baton sword, more than three hundred (300) rounds of ammunitions of caliber 5.56

APPREHENSION OF SUSPECTS FOR VIOLATION OF COMELEC GUN BAN
(RA 8714)

    January 23, 2010. Buy bust operation successfully arrested roque lanaza for having in his possession and control of illegal drugs. Confiscated were one (1) big roll suspected dried marijuana  leaves and two (2) bag packs of suspected marijuana leaves with total weight of more or less two (2) kilos with a street value amounting to one hundred thousand pesos P100,000.00.

     January 23, 2010. Arrest of Diosdado Amores and Noel Bustamante for violation of COMELEC gun ban /RA 8714. Confiscated from their possession and control were one (1) home made .357 caliber revolver with six (6) live ammunitions, one (1) home made 35-16 revolver with six (6) live ammunitions.
