August 17, 2009, Jessilyn Batulan Uy, alias Tata Karahay, 40 year old, resident of Block 58, Barangay 21-C, Davao City arrested by elements of Police Station 1, Sta. Ana for illegal possession and control of illegal drugs .confiscated from their possession and control were four sachets of shabu and dried marijuana leaves.

     September 7, 2009. Juvy Padilla Tuto, 31 years old, resident of Purok 2, Barangay 76-A, Davao City. Apprenhended after a buy bust operation for selling prohibited drugs. Confiscated from his possession were one (1) small transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance shabu.

     Junfreay Limbohan, alias Ay-ay, 29 years ago, resident of Watuzi, Barangay Sto. Nino, Buhangin, Davao City was arrested. for possession  illegal dangerous drugs known as shabu. recovered from his possession and control one (1) small transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.
